The EUROPEAN CULINARY WEEK is a celebration of European cuisine featuring award-winning European Michelin Star chefs in a week-long culinary tour that will showcase European GI (Geographical Indications)* produce, mainly food and beverages, to the Philippines.
At the EUROPEAN CULINARY WEEK, guests will be able to discover different authentic European cuisines, culinary students will have the opportunity to meet and work with distinguished European chefs, and businesses will be able to network or establish connections for the import of EU products. This event also aims to spark an interest and discussion on the potential benefits of utilizing the Geographical Indications system for the Philippines.

The EUROPEAN CULINARY WEEK CULINARIA presents European award-winning chefs in an open kitchen to provide a high-end European gastronomic experience. Each of the chefs will prepare two courses, one hot and another cold, for the attendees. These courses will be paired with different drinks (cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor) served to match each course.
